N2Power was established in Southern California in 1999, specializing in ultrasmall, reliable, energy-efficient power supply units for OEM markets. In 2002, Qualstar Corporation (NASDAQ: QBAK) acquired N2Power as a wholly owned subsidiary.
The company achieved power efficiency ratings exceeding 90% well before 2006 federal minimum requirements were established. Today N2Power operates from Camarillo, CA with international offices in Singapore and Shenzhen, China.

Ryan J. Hoffman
Over two decades of auditing and professional accounting experience. Former partner at RSM (16 years) and previously at Ernst & Young. Specializes in software and revenue recognition accounting. Licensed CPA and Chapman University graduate.
